The location was super convenient, close to all the action. the staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. the kids loved the entertainment options, keeping them busy for hours!

My kids wished for a bigger playground on-site.

My experience at Mercure Centro Port Macquarie was mixed. the central location and quiet room were highlights, but the disappointing breakfast options, uncomfortable bed, and cleanliness issues left much to be desired.

We enjoyed the large, comfortable room with a spa suite and spacious bathroom at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and obliging, making our stay pleasant. the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was one of the nicest meals we've had in a long time. the breakfast service was also excellent, adding to our positive experience. the hotel's location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or enjoy the scenic views on the Port break wall or the headland nearby.

Our stay at the Mercure was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed that gave us an awesome night's sleep. We loved the bathroom, which had both a spa and a shower, and plenty of room on the vanity. The kitchen table was a nice touch too. We also enjoyed the great view of the port from our room. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the free parking and the complimentary Wi-Fi that this hotel offered. the location was also convenient as it was close to several restaurants and shops that I could visit during my free time. the hotel provided a comfortable and clean room for me to relax in after a long day of work.

The staff did not seem to be very accommodating to simple requests, which made the customer service experience less than satisfactory. Another drawback was the lack of in-room amenities such as a safe, which made it difficult to store valuable items.

We recently had a great family stay at a hotel in Port Macquarie. The location was fantastic, with the hotel being close to everything we needed. We were able to easily walk to all the local cafes and shopping centres. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

That our room overlooked a busy roadway, causing some noise disturbances at night.

This hotel is centrally located and close to everything. It's right behind a major shopping center and only a few steps away from the boardwalk. The convenience of being in the heart of the city is unbeatable. Despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful and restful stay. The reception staff were also very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel doesn't offer water views like some of the other resorts in the area. However, considering the central location and the quality of the hotel, I would still highly recommend it to friends.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, functional, and had a balcony for fresh air. The location was fabulous, with everything within walking distance. The staff, especially the friendly trainee at check-in, made us feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations.
