Great New Year experience! Loved the visitor package - free breakfast vouchers, backpack and unlimited tea/coffee sachets. the hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city with close proximity to historical sites and amazing restaurants. the staff were super friendly and spoke multiple languages, making the whole experience a lot more comfortable. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the bed was super comfortable.

The rooms were quite small and the décor seemed outdated. the carpets and furniture need replacing, and the bathroom tiles needed refreshing.
