Just had an unforgettable stay at a hotel with spacious rooms and excellent service. LOVED the in-room massage! Energetic staff made me feel at home. Would definitely stay here again. More impressive than in photos.

The database was neat, modern, and well presented, giving me easy access to all the information I needed. the spacious room allowed me to move freely and relax during my stay.

The lack of a bath was a minor inconvenience for me as I prefer to soak in a tub rather than just take a shower.

the mercure is spotless - close to the freeway, and full of nice surprises like a beautiful lake nearby.

We recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Melbourne. The location was fantastic, with a large shopping centre just across the road. It was so convenient being able to walk over and do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. The hotel itself was great too. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, which was good value for money. it was a wonderful experience.

We did find that the hotel lacked information about nearby attractions and public transport options.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality service provided. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated opposite a large shopping centre. I loved being able to take a walk around the small lake right on the hotel's doorstep, it added a wonderful touch to my stay. Additionally, this hotel is very accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding area of Melbourne.

I had a lovely experience at the Mercure. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful bathroom amenities. The conference facilities were great, and the food provided during the conference was delicious. highly recommend this hotel.

The Mercure hotel was a peaceful retreat amidst a bustling day. The staff, particularly the older receptionist, went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute needs for a funeral. The comfortable bed and reasonable breakfast were highlights, despite the view of a building site. The convenient location, near two key destinations and a shopping center, made our stay effortless. The mix-up was quickly resolved, showcasing the exceptional service. The hotel was well-equipped, although minor improvements could be made to amenities like the TV and shower. Overall, a favorite stay with friendly and attentive staff. A highly recommended spot for a seamless trip.

The hotel was situated in a great location close to plenty of shops and restaurants, and we were able to easily explore the city from there. the bed in our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room was quite noisy and we were unable to get a decent amount of rest. the walls seemed thin and we could hear our neighbors on either side of us.
