had a great time at a nearby hotel in ferntree gully but nightcap was a delightful surprise. comfortable, clean rooms with friendly staff. convenient location for hiking and kayaking adventures. will definitely return in the future.

I always return to a nice place with helpful staff. At first stay, they found my lost wallet. Great amenities like Wi-Fi, secure parking, 24-hour security, bar, restaurant.

The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities, including a very comfy bed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the big flat screen TV in the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location is central to various tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. Moreover, the hotel is situated between two Fern Tree Gully railway stations, both of which are easily walkable, allowing for easy access to transportation. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in some of the room options, adding value to my stay.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the difficulty in locating the sports bar for check-in.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that advertised complementary chocolates and breakfast, but no chocolates were available and breakfast was served late. the location was good, close to tourist attractions and restaurants, but the noise level from the pub was unbearable. the room was clean, but overall outdated, with a big step into the shower.

Xmas at this hotel felt like a false promise. the pub next door was way too loud and going on until late hours.
