The convenient location of the hotel near the airport made it easy for me to catch an early flight, and the friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay. the lack of a shuttle service for all guests was a drawback, especially in unfavorable weather conditions.

Check-in was a breeze; the receptionist was super efficient and friendly! the room was cozy and spotless, and the Caesar salad from the restaurant was top-notch! the staff were so kind and helpful, which definitely made our stay more enjoyable. 🥗 Gotta mention the comfy bed, we slept in and missed breakfast—bummer! However, the parking fee hassle got sorted out quickly by the accommodating staff.

Mercure in Newcastle cooked up some top-notch nosh, with a side of comfort and convenience. Their local tucker was spot on, and the staff were real friendly cobbers. Plus, swooping in last minute during a storm and saving us from a botched flight was fair dinkum legendary. Cons: No shuttle bus fair dinkum left us high and dry. the lack of tinkering with amenities like a dodgy hairdryer and phone hookup was a real letdown. Cheers, but reckon we won't swing by again.
