loved my time at this gem in echuca. staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. perfect location with plenty of dining options nearby. mercure really delivered this time.

Great location near the Port, shops, and tourist businesses. Large drawer in bathroom cabinet. Window can be opened for fresh air. Pleasant gardens outside. Plenty of parking space. Clean and spacious bathroom with excellent hot water. Nice deck overlooking pool. Accommodating to guests' needs. Comfortable facilities and bed. Helen at reception was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Echuca's attractions. It is conveniently close to the shops, allowing guests to easily access everything in the main street. Additionally, the hotel has an on-site restaurant, making it convenient for guests to have dinner without having to venture far from their rooms.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level in certain rooms, particularly those facing the main road. This could potentially disrupt guests' sleep and their overall experience at the hotel.

Now, here's the cheeky bit—the street-facing room copped a bit of noise from truck air brakes. Chuck some sheers on those windows, Mercure, so we can soak up the sun without flashing the neighbourhood!

Just got back from an amazing stay in Echuca. LOVED the comfy room and the breakfast was top-notch! the photos don't do justice to the large, clean rooms. Definitely coming back!

The complimentary laundry service and continental breakfast selection were appreciated. the hotel's location close to the town center and its attractions made getting around easy. the spacious bathroom was a nice touch compared to other accommodations.

The restaurant was not very accommodating to independent travelers, resulting in overly long wait times and smokers congregating outside of the room-made for an unpleasant smell. the furniture in the room was not up to standard with visible wear and tear.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. It was close to the town center and within walking distance of the port area. The king room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a very big and comfortable bed. The staff made sure that the cleanliness was top-notch. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The noise from outside was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We loved the location of this place, which was centrally located right at the edge of the tourist precinct with beautiful gardens on the outside wall. The service was top-notch, with great room service, housekeeping, laundry, and even a welcome drink and happy hour. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also very nice, with wonderful staff.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were all great amenities.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of the town. The room was spacious and clean, and despite the chilly weather outside, the heating kept us warm and cozy. We loved being able to explore Echuca by foot, with cafes, pubs, and the town centre just a short walk away. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book here again.
