Stayed at Mercure Bankstown for a weekend getaway. The suite was clean and tidy, with staff readily available for assistance. The room had a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and USB ports in some power points. The towels were thick and absorbent. The staff were courteous and the location was perfect, close to public transport and eateries. Appreciated the 11am checkout.

Finding the check-in was a bit difficult, hidden within a large complex. Bringing personal items into the complex was cumbersome, as it required going through the main reception area for all visitors.

I had an amazing New Year experience at this suburban hotel in Sydney! First, the location was perfect, with easy access to various amenities and attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a lively atmosphere with live music and a bustling casino, adding to the excitement and making my stay unforgettable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there was only one working elevator, which resulted in long waits to get to and from my room.

We loved that this hotel is part of a sports club with multiple restaurants and night activity. The Basement Brewhouse had great craft beer and food. The location was perfect for visiting the club and the bed was comfy. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay here as the service was excellent. The staff in customer service were very friendly and gave great customer service. I was pleased with the room amenities and the flat-screen tv had cable/satellite television. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, including the fitness centre which had everything I needed during my stay. The location of this venue in a sports centre was convenient for me and provided me with plenty of leisure and dining options.

We were able to walk to most places. the check-in process was smooth and easy with friendly staff helping us out.
