The hotel's proximity to Macquarie University Hospital was extremely convenient for my family during a stressful time. the staff were attentive and accommodating, even offering complimentary parking extension. While the room could use some updates, the cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory. the nearby attractions such as Avondale Dam and Waterloo Park provided a peaceful retreat for relaxation and family bonding, enhancing our overall experience.

i had a memorable stay at Mercure, next to the hospital. the friendly staff, comfy beds, and convenient on-site parking made my visit stress-free. the reception's frozen meals were a thoughtful touch for long hospital days. The location near a shopping center with dining options was convenient. Cons: loved every thing 😊.

The hotel's location, being very close to Macquarie Shopping Centre and Macquarie University Hospital, was extremely convenient for guests. There were also good choices for food and beverage nearby, such as The Ranch Bistro/Pub, which offered excellent options. Additionally, the rooms were of a good size and the bed was comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, especially for children, which left them with limited choices and no meal.
