Guests can take a shuttle bus from the airport to Ciampino station, then catch a train to Termini, and finally take another train to Pomezia station. The reception area is clean and the staff is polite. The breakfast includes a variety of options such as pastries, cereal, fruit, and bread, providing a good start to the day.

The hotel atmosphere is very disappointing and unpleasant. The room was very dirty and old-fashioned, and there was a strong odor that didn't fade away during our stay. Additionally, the staff was not friendly nor helpful at all, and they didn't even offer a smile or a greeting.
