We had a fantastic 4-night stay in a modern and clean room. The motel was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the beach. We enjoyed riding the motel's bikes to the beach and appreciated the staff's willingness to provide additional cutlery and BBQ supplies. The friendly and efficient check-in process made us feel welcome. The rooms were serviced daily, and the towels and toiletries were of good quality. We were also provided with a kettle, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The motel's facilities, including the pool, were great.

It would have been even better if our room had a balcony.

This older property has been refurbished and offers everything we could possibly want in a hotel. The rooms are spacious with a great shower and nice bathroom. We also enjoyed the amenities like Foxtel and Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making our stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and shopping centres close by. It's an ideal place for a seaside break, not far from the beach. We particularly recommend Dom Peppinos and the Asian restaurant next door for delicious meals at excellent value for money.

Had a great Xmas stay. the amenities were great, such as the refreshing pool and delicious complimentary breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the local area and was close to all the main attractions. the staff were very accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this motel is fantastic, with Coles Express just around the corner for any last-minute necessities. There is also a wonderful pub called the Mary Ellen nearby that serves delicious meals. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore central Newcastle areas and surrounding areas. The beaches and Darby street are not far either, perfect for a day of sun and shopping. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small, making it difficult to navigate around the shower.

The dimming lights added a lovely touch, and the aircon worked great. The location was also very central to everything I needed. I was impressed with the attention to detail, from the fresh and delicious breakfast to the well-equipped pool and spa. The staff, especially the receptionists, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One of them even surprised me by moving a microwave to my room when I inquired about a public one. Excellent customer service!
