The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and pubs. The fact that they had on-site parking was a major bonus, as parking in the city can be quite a challenge. The building itself was charming and full of character, being a Georgian house.

Although there was some road noise, it was expected given the central location. the staff, particularly Ben, were incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted me when a white van parked in a way that blocked my car, showing excellent customer service. the room had a cozy and quirky feel to it, and the breakfast served to the room was delicious and warm.

The room amenities are top-notch, with everything I needed like ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The garden furniture was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing outside. The free toiletries were a nice bonus as well. I had a fantastic stay here.

The parking spaces were very tight and difficult to maneuver, causing a bit of inconvenience. one of the paths near the parking area was not adequately covered, creating a potential hazard to guests.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was so close to the center of this beautiful city. It was just a short walk to the bus depot, Canterbury East train station, and the bustling city center with its stunning Cathedral. Additionally, the convenience of free parking right in front of the hotel was a major plus.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, just one minute from the town centre, with parking right at the front. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and even showed us where to park and guided us to our room. We had a pleasant experience overall.

The bedroom windows didn't open, which meant we couldn't get fresh air at night. However, the host provided us with a fan to compensate for this.

I recently stayed at The Coach House for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a convenient shower in the bedroom.
