This hotel has an amazing location! It's near Chinatown and a small shopping centre in the heart of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The rooms have spectacular views and great facilities, including a kitchen and comfortable bedding. They even include breakfast!

This place is at a perfect location, right in the center of the city, and close to all kinds of public transport so you can easily get around. The room amenities are fantastic, including heating and air conditioning, soundproofed walls, and even a kitchen. The staff are extremely helpful and professional, always ready to answer any questions and help out in any way they can.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, despite the fact that the customer service could have been better. a great experience and a wonderful place to stay while exploring the city.

Well-trained staff, excellent problem-solving skills, friendly and helpful receptionists. Upgraded to a spacious 3 bedroom luxury suite with amazing views. Convenient parking option. Central location and close to public transport.

We were blown away by the view from our 3-bedroom suite, it was absolutely spectacular! The staff were incredibly thoughtful and even surprised us with chocolates for my mum's birthday. The late check-out option was a bonus, especially with little kids. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a Coles nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff were friendly and offered us complementary chocolates upon arrival. the hotel was located near all the major attractions, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. the room was spacious and perfect for our group of four.

Our stay was during Easter weekend and the hotel was overcrowded which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities. We also had to wait in long lines for breakfast, and the food was mediocre at best.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our sales conference, with Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and a variety of eateries all within walking distance. The suite was spacious and could comfortably accommodate our group of 15-18 people. The views of Darling Harbour from the tower building were breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.

The staff we encountered during our stay were not very helpful, especially when it came to providing transportation and recommendations for dining and shopping.

We got great value for our money with an amazing, spacious corner suite that had breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. The location was perfect, close to train stations and attractions like the Rocks and Darling Harbour. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service.
