The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the dinner downstairs was delicious with friendly staff. The room was beautifully clean and well catered, though a kitchenette would have been convenient for longer stays. The double staircase and lack of a microwave were unexpected downsides for those with mobility issues or self-catering preferences.

The Family room was surprisingly spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a cozy lounge area. the 2 TVs were perfect for the kids and us. the location near shopping villages and a quiet atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

Generator noise at night disrupted our sleep, but might not bother everyone.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the shops and just off the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable with crisp sheets and the bathroom had nice soaps and shampoos. The free breakfast kit provided with cereal, milk, muesli bar, and juice box was a nice touch.
