I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome at Soulshine. The staff went above and beyond to carry our luggage to the room, even though it was a small challenge navigating the path. The U2 room was cozy and well-equipped, with a large bathtub and beautiful outdoor shower. The food at the hotel was extraordinary, with a variety of vegetarian options and dishes prepared with love from their own vegetable garden. The location of the hotel felt private and secluded, surrounded by rice paddies and offering a peaceful oasis. The free shuttle to Ubud was a convenient and comfortable way to explore the area. I had a lovely stay at this cozy hotel and highly recommend it to others.

The room was beautiful, surrounded by nature. The staff knew my name and were helpful. The meals were delicious. I enjoyed my time and hope to return.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in beautiful gardens surrounded by rice paddies just outside Ubud was absolutely stunning. It felt like we were in the lush green jungle, close to a small river. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace with garden furniture. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and special diet menus. We also enjoyed the leisure amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and sun terrace. The staff provided excellent massage services and beauty treatments. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

I recently enjoyed a city break and was impressed with the complementary drinks and snacks given. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. I especially enjoyed the stunning views from my room. Best of all, the swimming pool was fantastic - perfect for splashing around or taking a relaxing swim.

While I had a great time, I noticed some construction works being carried out near the hotel which made it a bit noisy and smelly at times. as this, there were small issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas.

The restaurant prices were on the high side, especially for items like milkshakes, which didn't meet our expectations in terms of quality.
