The bathroom could use some updates, as the pink/apricot color scheme felt dated. the shared balcony with all the other rooms on our floor was a bit crowded at times.

Lovely location and good sized room. the receptionist, Emma, was really friendly and helpful. the pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees, looked gorgeous. It was a quiet location, and we were within walking distance of all the lovely shops and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay at the Mountain Inn again!

The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of town with plenty of dining options nearby. The family-friendly restaurant with an old English pub feel was a highlight. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was also delicious and delivered directly to the room. the hotel had a convenient location, good amenities, and friendly staff.

The lack of sound insulation between the rooms was a significant drawback. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside made it difficult to sleep, and there was no response from customer service when requesting assistance.

The motel was super convenient - handy to everything Montville has to offer. Rooms were airy, clean, and spacious - beds were comfortable - food in the restaurant next door was amazing - service was friendly - John was generous with his time and very welcoming! The whole experience was positive and both my partner and I thought the weekend stay was great value for money and we will certainly put it on our list as a place to come back to!

I always return to this inn. the staff helped me with good exchange places. Free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, saltwater pool, flat-screen TV, in-room breakfast. It suits me perfectly for trips. No pets, smoking.
