The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options. the location of the hotel was ideal, with beautiful views and great walks nearby. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable.

Stayed at a wonderful inn close to the Sandstone Trail. the room in the converted sandstone stable was unique and lovely. Despite the cold night, the room was warm, and we had a comfortable night's sleep. the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. the inn is tucked away from road noise and offers plenty of accessible walks. Our dogs were well taken care of and even had their own entrance to the garden.

Set high up on a hill, the sunny terrace offered breathtaking views across the Cheshire plain, all the way to the Mersey and Liverpool. The rooms were clean and beautifully presented, with a lovely tea/coffee making facility. The staff were polite and considerate, organizing taxi pickups for us at the best rates available. Free Wi-Fi and ample on-site parking were added bonuses.
