Just got back from a stay near Mt Pleasant shopping centre. LOVED the comfy chairs in the rooms and the excellent customer service. Would stay again. Way better than the photos!

Our stay at Motel Northview Mackay was comfortable, with a welcoming attitude towards our small dog. the king bed was a treat, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the clean bathroom. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions such as Pioneer River and Bluewater Quay, enriching our family bonding experience.

I was impressed with the user-friendly interface of the database, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed quickly. the room with the comfy chairs was a cozy spot to work in, with the chairs in good condition and always kept clean. the standard features provided in the room also added to my overall comfortable experience.

I always stay where staff found my lost earring. Comfortable with Wi-Fi, parking, snack bar, laundry. I like the TV, kettle, breakfast, cots, pets allowed, A/C in non-smoking rooms. Coming for city trips.

I recently had an overnight stay at a hotel in the lovely town of Mackay. The hotel had great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. I loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the basic amenities provided to the comfortable chairs in the rooms. Speaking of rooms, mine had a larger bed which was in good condition, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for the event I was attending, making it really convenient for me. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and definitely a highlight of my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and there was not a single thing that I could fault.

The queen bed was most comfortable. The room smelled very nice. The location suited our needs quite adequately. The provision of ironing and tea making facilities were useful. The fridge and air con performed satisfactorily. I had a comfortable and satisfactory stay at Motel Northview Mackay.

Hard to think of anything.

The hotel was well situated close to the highway, so it was easy to get to. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. They even offered a free breakfast which was a nice surprise. On New Year's Eve, they offered free champagne and snacks, which was a great touch to get the night started.

Despite the positive aspects, the hotel really fell short with the noise level. the walls were very thin and we could hear everything going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.
