The B&B had a great location, with easy access to money changers, markets, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for tourist attractions. The breakfast, especially the local style AFB, was tasty. Despite the room not having a TV or window, it was comfortable and had enough space for three people. The pictures on the website accurately represented the accommodations.

We loved the clean rooms, hot water, and cool air conditioning at Lotus B&B. The lack of a window actually added to the peacefulness. The breakfast was cooked to perfection in the small and airy dining room, and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies with a cold beer, watching the chaos below. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful tips and even organizing food, drink, and medicine for us when we were sick. The coffee house school was a bonus treat.

I recently stayed at a charming bed & breakfast in Yangon and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Lotus Bed & Breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication a breeze. They went above and beyond to assist me, even securing a last-minute ticket for The Golden Rock during Thadingyut Festival at a reasonable price when all other places were sold out. Not to mention, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with both American and Myanmar styles available. The service at this place reminded me of a luxurious 4-5 star hotel, especially with their attention to detail, such as replacing towels daily. I want to give a big thank you to Ms. Suu, Mr. Jack, Mr. Aung, and all the other staff members for making my stay so enjoyable.

The location of the hotel in downtown was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the railway station for our train city tour. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff at the hotel were amazing - super friendly and always eager to assist. One staff member even wrote down bus routes in Burmese script to ensure we caught the right buses. The breakfast served at the hotel was divine, with big portions of delicious local dishes like vermicelli noodles and chicken. The staff, who were studying at a hospitality school upstairs, provided excellent service with huge smiles and constantly refilled our coffee and tea. They even gave out roses to celebrate International Women's Day. We can't wait to stay here again on our next visit to Yangon.

The dorms and beds were great, clean, and comfortable. The big lockers and AC were a bonus.- The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and downtown area. We enjoyed being able to explore the city easily.- The breakfast included in our stay was flexible and delicious. It was great to have this option available, especially during the busy holiday season.

Our room had a few mosquitos each night. The windows didn't seal completely, allowing them to enter the room.
