I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the centre of town in Mount Gambier. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of everything. It was also really convenient that the hotel had a separate entrance from the rear car park, so we didn't have to walk through the public areas every time we left the room. The rooms were spacious and had clean, refurbished bathrooms. I was impressed with the modern facilities provided, including two big queen beds. The staff were attentive, very helpful and accommodating. The indoor fireplace was most welcoming due to the cold, wet and windy weather. Location was easy to find with dedicated parking area. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

While the exterior looked old and rundown, the interior was surprisingly modern and stylish. the staff were also friendly and helpful, offering us two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was also quite spacious, which was a huge plus.

Our stay at this hotel was not all sunshine and rainbows. the noise level was unbearable at night, with loud music blaring from the bar downstairs.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and warm. Food in the bistro was better two years ago. The linguine marinara was bland and oily, and the squid was tough. The hotel is centrally located, with ample parking and easy check-in/check-out. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well furnished.
