We had such a wonderful experience at this place! The location was absolutely stunning, with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was perfect, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the terrace, where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We stayed in a lovely old hotel that had lots of character. The location was excellent, close to the main shops of Katoomba and the train station. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel, and the restaurant at the hotel was a great option for dining. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. The gym had a good range of equipment, and the continental breakfast had plenty of choices.

The pullout sofa in our room was not comfortable to sleep on.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we loved the spacious and nicely decorated room with an outstanding view of the mountains. the room had everything as per what was advertised, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Another great aspect was the hotel's key location, just a short walk from the center of town and the train station, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Additionally, having fresh milk instead of those awful pods was a pleasant surprise.

A lift would have been a great addition, as it was a bit difficult for me to navigate the stairs. This would make the hotel more accessible for those with mobility issues.

The location was convenient, being close to Katoomba station and within easy walking distance of the main street and cafe strip.
