I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. the pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water and plentiful milk provided.

One small improvement could be better soundproofing between rooms. Occasionally, noise from neighboring guests chatting outside could be heard late at night, affecting my rest.

We hit up the HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT spot nearby and had the sickest time jamming to live music and trying out the cool cocktails. It was lit!

Would've been even better if they had a late-night dance floor for us party animals to bust some moves!

Our room was clean and comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets available. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and convenient parking. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was spotless, comfy & well-equipped, located in a peaceful area. the pool and BBQ facilities were great for chilling out after a long day exploring. the musty smell from the bathroom drains was a slight downside, letting a bit of a stench linger, but it didn't dampen the overall good stay ⭐.

Despite some minor room issues in terms of smell and maintenance, the overall experience was positive.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Charleville and had a wonderful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and at home. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing. Secondly, the room was spacious and comfortable with a nice, comfy bed. The hotel also had good facilities, including an accessible bathroom and easy access from the carpark. Lastly, the location was great, not far from the airport with plenty of places to explore nearby.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about this hotel, it exceeded my expectations!
