The apartment had everything we needed for family cooking, plenty of room with nice balcony spaces and a lovely view. Close to all cafes on Gympie Terrace, and lots of dining options. Convenient location for walking to Hastings St or taking the ferry. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the staff provided the best room with ample cooking facilities. Despite needing to request extra towels and a tea towel for a family stay, the overall experience was comfortable and well-equipped.

We visited for a sports training trip and had a comfortable, modern stay for a few days. the staff accommodated our need for air, conditioning in the bedrooms and the gardens were well, kept. the pool area was delightful, with ample seating, a nice ambiance, and good amenities. the Wi, Fi was reliable, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well, equipped.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and very accommodating, making it an easy process to check in and out. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the location was excellent with easy access to the river, restaurants, cafes, and shops. the apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and modern with a gorgeous heated pool and sauna, surrounded by lovely gardens and BBQ facilities. All in all, my stay exceeded my expectations and I will recommend this property to my friends and family.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the lack of kitchen scissors and salt and pepper in the rooms, which would have been convenient for guests. having only one hairdryer for a 3-bedroom apartment was a minor inconvenience.

I stayed in a place that needed to update some things, but the lady at the front desk was sweet. She saved me from a dark and cold room, and the pool was my sunny sanctuary. Plenty of glassware for imaginary family dinners, and Netflix kept me entertained. WiFi was solid, and I felt like a VIP with the free access. the serene waterfall at the pool made me feel fancy, and the lights at night were like a mini disco. I gave the towels a pass, they had some interesting stories to tell. And thank goodness for Google, I avoided a marathon traffic jam adventure.

The cooling system was inadequate, especially for the night time. the air conditioning unit struggled to distribute cool air in the bedrooms, which caused discomfort.
