During my stay at Newcastle Beach YHA, I was amazed by the convenient location. The hostel is just a stone's throw away from the beach and lightrail, making it easy to explore the area. The hostel is conveniently located near the city centre, Newcastle beach, and the train station which is perfect for travellers. It is also very close to Hunter Street for those who like some shopping or just a great coffee at a nice cafe in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, multiple burners, and lots of utensils. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The noise from the communal shower and toilet facilities disrupted my sleep and the lack of wifi in the rooms was a big disappointment. the staff seemed uninterested in helping with any queries.
