The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! the outdoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. the only downside was our ground floor motel room being right by the reception and lift, a bit odd placement, and the chairs could use some TLC. But overall, it was a solid bang for the buck! 🌟

The view from the apartment was so amazing I couldn't stop taking pictures for Instagram. It's a great spot for shopping, dining, and romantic walks along the beach. I even anchored my boat by the river, feeling like a true skipper!

The apartment had a lovely airy feel with large rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. the bathrooms were modern and spacious, and the complimentary ginger beer upon check-in was a nice surprise. As a family, we felt very comfortable.

The couch in the lounge room was quite uncomfortable for me.

Conveniently located near SeaLife Aquarium, seafood restaurants, cafes, and the beach. Recently refurbished, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The pool area is great, with a heated spa for cooler days. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The spacious room has a well-equipped kitchen and offers lovely views.

Our recent stay at Newport was fantastic. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. We were especially impressed with the helpful and accommodating staff, particularly Emma, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for a mattress topper and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the overall experience was exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location with Fabulous Views and Excellent Pool Area

The location of the apartments was perfect for attending an event across the road, and the views from the breakfast bar were stunning. the pool and spa areas were well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. the lack of privacy in some ground-floor rooms and noise disturbances from nearby construction works can be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Ideal location, newly renovated, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Great proximity to beach and cafes. Ground level for easy access. Managers allowed early check-in. Appreciated air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. Clean apartment with Netflix and Prime. Handy laundry and two balconies for a nice breeze.
