The staff were welcoming and friendly, showing us around and helping with our luggage. Dog-friendly room with a poo bin nearby. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Spacious bed for all three of us. Great variety and even had my preferred tea. Delicious and reasonably priced food in the restaurant. Nicely decorated and comfortable atmosphere. Outstanding service throughout our stay.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience at the Pheasant Hotel was absolutely outstanding. the staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly, which is a rare find in establishments of this size. the room we stayed in was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the food and decor were excellent. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds and indulging in the delicious breakfast. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - 10/10 is really not enough.

The hotel is situated near to many interesting coastal towns on the north Norfolk coast, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and nice views of the well-kept gardens. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing attentive service. the restaurant offers a varied and interesting menu with good food quality and service.

The hotel lacks proper broadband provision and mobile phone communication, which can be quite inconvenient for guests.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a quiet countryside location. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was good and the hotel facilities were excellent, including plenty of free on-site parking. The hotel is close to the coast and the beach, as well as being near some of the best seaside villages in Norfolk. The cleanliness was also top-notch.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Haddock cooked to order, and a small portion of muffin, smoked salmon, and scrambled eggs. Could have been hotter, but everything else excellent for a one-night stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were well equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge and a Dyson hair dryer. The breakfast selection was impressive and cooked to order, and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how attentive the staff were, even noticing that we had medication with us and offering us water. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal area. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the tranquil outdoor space to relax and enjoy the weather. The beautiful gardens and surrounding area were perfect for walks and birdwatching. The convenient location also made it easy for us to visit various attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the dining choices exceeded our expectations. the quality of accommodation and service was excellent – definitely a 4-star experience.

The bar area seemed understaffed, and the tables were not properly cleaned between guests, both inside and outside. It was also concerning that the dining room ventilation seemed insufficient on busy nights.

The Pheasant Hotel is perfectly situated within a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy coastal walks and exploring the area. The bar lounge area provides a cosy atmosphere, with tables positioned next to a log burner for a relaxing pre-dinner drink. The hotel boasts well-kept grounds, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was excellent, just as we wanted, away from the hustle and bustle. It is situated in quiet countryside but is close to lots of seaside towns, places of interest, and family-oriented activity centers. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could walk all the way to Sheringham, catch a steam train to Weybourne, and then walk back over heathland and through lovely woods. Moreover, the grounds were lovely, with beautiful gardens and a heath right across from the hotel that we could walk on.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

During my recent stay at The Pheasant Hotel in Kelling, I had the pleasure of experiencing the most incredible shower. The remote electronic control allowed me to fine-tune the temperature to perfection before stepping in. The bathroom itself was spotless and the towels provided were soft and absorbent. It truly felt like a luxurious spa experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, such as the lack of duvets on the twin beds and the leaking shower screen, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel room was clean and quiet, great for a romantic escape. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch, and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby area. the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze.

Our stay was let down by the breakfast. the lack of a bath in the room was also a letdown, and we found the price to be a bit too high given the quality of the overall experience.
