Free parking was a delight! A shopping spree at Australia Fair Shopping Centre made my day. Enjoyed a satisfying meal in the restaurant -- cheers to that!

Beds sans legs and rubbish from previous guests, just the lavish experience I was hoping for.

My stay at Nightcap At Commercial Hotel was delightful. the renovated room was clean, the staff welcoming, and the pub-style meal delicious. Despite minor issues like inconsistent shower water temperature, the overall experience was cozy and convenient. the friendly service and late-night bar were definite highlights.

The hotel was top, notch, rooms and bathrooms were always clean, loved the cozy vibes with complimentary tea and cookies, and the staff was super welcoming. the location was ace for the boxing event with easy transport options. Only downside was the room being a tad stuffy, had to keep the air, con blasting non, stop 🥵, but overall.

The room felt cozy and modern, with free Netflix on the TV. Friendly staff made check-in a breeze.

When staying for a sporting event nearby, we found the location ideal, with easy access to the motorway and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room clean and quiet. We appreciated the daily coffee and sugar refill, as well as the clean towels. the room featured a great TV with Netflix and a small table with a chair. the bar downstairs even offered two discount drink vouchers.

The lack of reception area made it confusing to store luggage pre and post check-in.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family attractions nearby. the staff was mad cool, and the room decor was on point. Food and drinks were fire, and we partied till late at the bar.

Could use a more happening nightlife scene for us young party animals.

I always return for city break. First stay, staff gave morning wake, up help. Perfect place: Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, 24, hour security. No pets, A/C, No smoking. No regrets, suits me perfectly for short trips.

Large room. Amazing cleaning service. Very helpful staff. Lots of nearby food options. Excellent value for money and convenient location for Surfers and theme parks.

The comfortable bed and the quietness of the room were the best aspects of the hotel. the staff was also friendly and attentive to our requests during the city trip. the location was ideal as it offered easy access to key tourist attractions in the area.

The room was overpriced compared to other hotels in the same category. the front door of the room did not close automatically and needed to be pulled shut every time we left to ensure it was secure.
