The room was clean, and the location was convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

Our experience was ruined by the noisy, malfunctioning heating system, which made it difficult to sleep. there were issues with the parking system, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in Dandenong, and I must say, it was quite a luxurious experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was just opposite a shopping plaza, making it very convenient for me to go shopping and explore the area. I could easily walk everywhere I needed to go, which was a huge plus. The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional, providing exceptional customer service throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dandenong.
