Our group of 23 guests stayed 5 nights at Norfolk Luxury Beachfront. the stunning beach views, spacious apartments, alongside the pool, spa, and sauna, made our stay exceptional. the helpful manager personally guided us through the amenities. Each clean and comfortable apartment had its unique style with modern appliances and quirky touches. the location was perfect, within walking distance to cafes and the beach.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

michael provided a detailed map and summary, making exploring easy. 5 minutes to Surfer’s Paradise with great shops and restaurants. Apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the pool/spa area was lovely despite being slippery for kids. Free on-site undercover parking was convenient. Management was friendly, efficient, and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The room could use a lick of paint to freshen it up. However, the overall cleanliness was good and we had all the facilities we needed for a pleasant stay.

The room furnishings were outdated and in poor condition. There were some signs of mold and uncleanliness, which detracted from our overall experience.
