I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious, with a diverse range of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed being able to enjoy breakfast in the beautiful garden. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms on the higher floors offered lovely views of the small garden, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was superb, just outside the old city center of Heidelberg. It was so convenient to explore the town on foot and visit all the shops. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a bathtub/shower. The staff was friendly and fulfilled our special requests. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the delicious coffee in the lovely garden at the back.

The shower was a bit small and challenging to use without touching the shower curtain.

The location couldn't have been better! It was situated close to the main tourist attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The breakfast selection was impressively diverse and included fresh options like yoghurts, cheese, and homemade spreads. The hotel's patio garden was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast on sunny days.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed quality was quite poor, making creaking sounds at night. The shower was also quite small, making it a bit difficult to avoid touching the shower curtain.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in a quiet street. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The hotel also allowed me to store my luggage after check-out so I could explore the city a bit more. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Attentive and friendly staff, especially accommodating when I arrived late. Good wifi connection and convenient location. Adequate breakfast options, although pastries were lacking. Easy parking availability.
