from the upgraded room with the amazing view to the top-notch room service, everything exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food quality was exceptional. the room was impeccably clean, and the added touch of birthday card and chocolates made me feel truly special. the helpful cleaner we met in the hallway was a standout, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly and had a vast array of options for search filters, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. the room I stayed in must have been newly renovated, as it was clean and tidy with a lovely balcony overlooking the shorefront, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink.

One minor inconvenience I experienced was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak, making it difficult to video call with family back home.

The onsite indoor heated pool was a sanctuary for our little ones while we marveled at the bay views - it felt like watching over a peaceful kingdom of water babies. Splashing around, they were like tiny mermaids and mermen having the time of their lives.

The pool was lovely, the room temperature was nice, and the bed was very comfortable with a fabulous view. the staff were friendly, well-trained, and professional. the warm indoor swimming pool and nearby landmarks like Barwon Grange and Geelong Botanic Gardens enhanced our family bonding.

Hotel triplets entertainment room and family facilities, includin' the indoor pool, kept our crew hyped all day! Surrounded by dope restaurants and shops, the location was mad convenient for us to hit up Geelong vibes!

Wish they had a rad rooftop bar or club for some late-night turn up!

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The location right across the road from the picturesque bay was absolutely stunning. The staff here were incredible, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were always friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room dining options were also great, with a good menu for families. the service and attentiveness of the staff really stood out to us.

I always return for business. Friendly staff found my lost ID card on my first visit. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, gym, pool, and more amenities. No pets, a/c, no smoking spot. Novotel Geelong has it all.

Comfortable beds. Access to indoor pool in the evening. Polite and helpful staff. Perfect location. Refurbished rooms are comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast with bay view. Delicious room service food, especially the steak and mushroom soup. Staff went out of their way to provide a room with a water view.

The hotel is located so close to the waterfront, making it a convenient spot for experiencing the beautiful coastline. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as coffee and tea making facilities and a stocked fridge. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options for a satisfying meal.

The duty manager's grumpy attitude and lack of interpersonal skills left a negative impression on some guests.

The hotel offered comfortable twin beds for friends, great location with a stunning view. Good car parking and indoor gym facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Happy Hour and excellent breakfast buffet. Special birthday surprise in the room. Will return next year.

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of the staff at Novotel. Even though I didn't request it, they went out of their way to provide me with a room with a water view. The location of the hotel was also excellent, right on the waterfront. The room service food was delicious, particularly the steak and truffle infused mushroom soup. I had a great experience at Novotel.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. The bed didn't provide enough support for a bigger guy like me.

We were offered two complementary drinks at check-in which was a nice touch. the location for exploring the city was perfect, with great views of the bay from our room. the breakfast was delicious and had a good range of options.

The room was quite basic and didn't feel like a great value for the price we paid. the noise levels from other guests were quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times.
