We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The location right across the road from the picturesque bay was absolutely stunning. The staff here were incredible, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were always friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room dining options were also great, with a good menu for families. the service and attentiveness of the staff really stood out to us.

The hotel is located so close to the waterfront, making it a convenient spot for experiencing the beautiful coastline. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options for a satisfying meal.

The duty manager's grumpy attitude and lack of interpersonal skills left a negative impression on some guests.

The hotel offered comfortable twin beds for friends, great location with a stunning view. Good car parking and indoor gym facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Happy Hour and excellent breakfast buffet. Special birthday surprise in the room. Will return next year.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of the staff at Novotel. Even though I didn't request it, they went out of their way to provide me with a room with a water view. The location of the hotel was also excellent, right on the waterfront. The room service food was delicious, particularly the steak and truffle infused mushroom soup. I had a great experience at Novotel.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. The bed didn't provide enough support for a bigger guy like me.

We were offered two complementary drinks at check-in which was a nice touch. The location for exploring the city was perfect, with great views of the bay from our room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good range of options.

The room was quite basic and didn't feel like a great value for the price we paid. the noise levels from other guests were quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times.
