my recent stay in melbourne was a delight! novotel exceeded my expectations, from the friendly staff to the ultra modern decor. the rooms were exceptional and the location perfect for escaping the chaos of the city. i'll definitely choose novotel again for my next visit.

The room is spacious, with a modern bathroom and personalized products. The staff is friendly and helpful, always available to assist you, and breakfast is delicious. The temperature control system is discreet and the hot shower is great. a great place to stay in the city.

The pillow menu offers limited options, but nothing to really complain about.

We were blown away by this place! The location is perfect, just steps away from the convention centre in Southbank, and it was so easy to find. The staff was incredibly helpful, and their service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including offering 24-hour room service and dry cleaning. The room itself was beautiful and well-equipped, with great amenities like a mini-bar and complimentary toiletries. We loved every minute of our stay here!

As senior guests, we were warmly welcomed and treated with kindness by the staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered stunning views. The service and commitment from the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in and provided us with helpful alternatives for parking. The valet service was smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, being connected to the Convention Centre and easily accessible from the freeway. an excellent experience for older guests.

Had a wonderful stay with fantastic service. Great complimentary breakfast and drinks while waiting for check-in. Loved the key location and the comfortable bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean and the room had some maintenance issues. the showerhead was too high, making it difficult to use, and some of the letters hanging on the wall were close to falling off, which felt quite unsafe.
