The database provided accurate information and was easy to navigate. The room we stayed in was separate from other guests, which made us feel much more comfortable with our 6, week, old and 5, year. Cons: the room was too cramped for the price given to us.

i had an amazing stay at novotel, with a very spacious room and a super comfy bed. the location was perfect, close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. the staff were pleasant and helpful, and i had a lovely surprise of champagne on new year’s eve. everything from check-in to parking was a breeze, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. cons: everything was exactly right! 😊.

I love this place! On my first stay, the staff kindly helped return my forgotten items. Its cozy room, excellent amenities like Wi-Fi, fitness center, and children's area suit me perfectly. With an outdoor dining area and Christmas approaching, I can't wait to be back! .

At the price we paid, we expected a mould-free shower zone. the telly remote was a mystery we solved eventually.

this time novotel by the beach in newcastle truly stood out, surpassing our previous stay with their exceptional service and ideal location just in front of the beach. the friendly staff, delicious steak, and convenient proximity to the beach and cbd made this quick stop unforgettable. cons: phone system loudly down, inconvenient.

The breakfast was amazing, even had cappuccino. the room with an OCEAN VIEW was perfect. Would return for sure! the only downside was the dining staff, not so friendly as shown on photos.
