We had a fantastic 11-night stay at Residence Mauritius. the location was quiet and beautiful, with a long and stunning beach. the hotel provided a range of free water activities, including snorkeling and sailing, and there was even a diving center nearby. Our double room was spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities and a personal butler available 24/7. the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist, from the reception to the beach and concierge personnel. We also appreciated the buffet-style dinner with a variety of choices and the helpfulness of the concierge in organizing island visits and activities.

I had an incredible stay at a resort in Mauritius. the staff were extremely accommodating and professional. the resort itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. the beach was lovely and offered fun water activities. the butler service was excellent and quick to respond to any requests. I also had a fantastic experience going on a dolphin-watching trip, with a light breakfast provided beforehand. the staff handled a nearby fire situation with professionalism and ensured the safety of the guests. The Plantation restaurant, managed by Rohdeo and his team, provides delicious meals with beautiful ocean views. The Veranda restaurant also offers a delightful dining experience with its exquisite ambiance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with luxurious bathrooms and breathtaking views. The staff at the hotel are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

Had a wonderful Xmas experience at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved the complementary daily activities and the surprise Xmas gifts. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the delicious food!

The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home. our room could have been a bit more spacious.

room lock issue on first night

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The seafood buffet on the first day was impressive with a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with quick delivery of any missing items. The beach was stunning, and the free boat tours for snorkeling were a great addition. The hotel provides luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the beauty treatments, full body massage, and the spa lounge were amazing. the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun terrace offered great relaxation. the restaurant had a good breakfast, snack bar, and special diet menus. the location advantages of this hotel are stunning, with access to a beautiful beach and garden area.

The only minor issue I had at this hotel was the lack of live entertainment in the evenings. I loved the peace and quiet of my surroundings, and the retreat was a time to unwind and relax.
