novotel perth exceeded my expectations during this longer stay. the location was nice, breakfast was not bad, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, and the excellent shower with great pressure and temperature control.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply perfect, just inside the centrum and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep on the very comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The place was impeccably clean, and the water temperature in the showers was spot on.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with many attractions within walking distance, such as Kings Park, the train station, and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The location was great for exploring the city during xmas. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars which was a plus. the room was well cleaned.

We had a confusing experience with payment during check-in and check-out which tarnished the experience. upon arrival to our room, we found a wet carpet which seemed poorly managed.

The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving a small issue with my room assignment. Despite the initial hiccup, my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a nice view over the CBD. The outdoor pool and fitness room were also great amenities. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Novotel in Perth.

The room itself was clean and just the right size, and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. we highly recommend Novotel to both business and family travelers.
