We had an early arrival and the staff at Ibis Styles accommodated us with an early check-in, which made our trip much more convenient. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great view of the city. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with the added bonus of having freshly made omelettes. The hotel also had a big, clean pool and gym, perfect for staying active during our stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided us with all the information we needed.

I enjoyed the daily use of the SPA facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and massage. The rates were reasonable, and it was a great way to relax during my stay. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. Although the variety was not extensive, it was worth it considering the price. The staff were also helpful, allowing me to check in early and safely parking my hired car in the garage.

One of the main drawbacks of my stay was the outdated menu with incorrect prices. When I ordered food, I was handed a bill that was double the price I was originally told.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The Spa & Wellness Centre is top-notch and offers a variety of treatments, including a Turkish bath, steam room, and full-body massages. The indoor swimming pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The rooms are equipped with private facilities, including a TV room and a leisure area. Additionally, the restaurant offers fantastic dining options and packed lunches.

The only minor issue I encountered was the early morning cleaning service, which disrupted my sleep on one occasion. However, this was quickly resolved by putting a sign on the door to request a later cleaning time.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is situated close to the tram stop, T1 line, and various wholesale shops at "merter." Plus, there is a lovely café right across the street that serves delicious food. The rooms are spacious with soundproof doors and blackout curtains, making them perfect for light sleepers. The friendly staff are very accommodating, and breakfast is elaborate and fresh. The gym and spa are excellent and offer relaxing massages, including a couple's room.

There is some problem with ventilation, causing some guests to complain of cigarette smoke smell in non-smoking rooms in the evenings.

Uncomfortable shower pressure.

The hotel offered us free breakfast and free Wi-Fi during our stay which was a great bonus. The location was very convenient as it was close to restaurants, markets, and a shopping mall. We also had easy access to a nearby mosque which was a plus.

The TV channels were mostly in Turkish and lacked entertainment options in English. the views from our room weren't extraordinary.
