I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The receptionist, Chris, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze, and I even managed to upgrade to a king room with a fantastic view. The room itself was exceptionally clean and modern, and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on while away from home. The location was also perfect, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the well-designed layout of the room, with power outlets conveniently placed near the beds. The staff were lovely and accommodating, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the close proximity of Database Location to water sports and Cavill Ave. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the room itself was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious and diverse selection of food. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We had an amazing new year getaway in the heart of Surfers Paradise. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to access the beach, restaurants, and shops. the renovated deluxe room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony with breathtaking ocean views. the bathroom was stylishly upgraded with all the amenities we needed.

The occasional wait for the elevators during peak times. We once had to walk down 19 floors due to the inefficiency of the elevator system.

Fantastic central location, close to everything. Comfy beds, great bar fridge, nice curtains, and great views. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Sustainability option to choose whether to have room made up. Delicious and affordable breakfast. Plenty of time for checkout and activities.

The location of Novotel was absolutely fantastic. It was within walking distance to the beach, cafes, and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for me to explore the area. The view from my room was also spectacular, with a balcony overlooking the beach. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

One drawback was the size of the room, especially considering the price I paid. As I booked a deluxe room for four people, I would have expected it to be slightly bigger.

The view from the hotel room was stunning, overlooking both the city and sea. Although I had requested a king bed, I was initially given a double bed. when I raised this issue at Reception, they promptly upgraded me to a family suite at no extra cost.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location. It was so close to everything, yet not hectic. I loved being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and even the casino. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The staff provided helpful service and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the room was stunning, especially during sunset. The facilities, like the comfortable beds and verandah, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The long wait for the lifts, which could be frustrating at busy times.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Surfers Paradise and I must say, the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the centre of everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The hotel was just a short walk away from Cavill Ave and the Paradise Centre, which made it super convenient for shopping and getting groceries. Plus, the beautiful patrolled beach was only a 5-minute walk away. Even though I didn't have an ocean view from my room, it didn't matter because the view was still enjoyable. Another great thing about the hotel was the friendly and polite staff. They were always willing to help and accommodate any extra needs I had. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with perfect beds for a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel! the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast had a great choice. the room was huge with a massive bath that my fiancé and I could both fit in, even with me being 7 months pregnant. We had ocean views and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. the location was also great, only a 2-minute walk to Cavill Avenue. the room was always clean and the daily services kept it tidy. the staff were very helpful when I had a reaction to the bedding and quickly arranged for it to be changed. I also loved the option to not get maid service.

We recently stayed at Novotel in Gold Coast for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly hospitable and allowed us to store our bags after check-out. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hotel's location made it easy to access public transportation. The room had a modern and attractive design, with a wooden floor and ample space. Housekeeping ensured daily replenishment of toiletries. The customer service was exceptional and made our stay memorable.
