Clean and updated room with a surprise bottle of wine on check-in and a voucher for a drink at the bar. Staff were outstanding in assisting me with my disabled daughter. Breakfast was beautiful and they even gave my partner a card and wine for his 50th.

The hotel's bar and lounge were fantastic, and we even got to enjoy fireworks on Saturday night. a 5-star experience!

The bedroom and bathroom were newly refurbished, with awesome views over the harbor. Also, the executive room offered extra space and a bar with free premium cocktails. The kid's corner kept our little ones happily busy, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

The water pressure in the shower could be better to match the hotel's high standard.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Darling Harbour. The room was clean with a modern setup. The view was spectacular and the hotel location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is well located with a great view of the city skyline. the spacious rooms are clean and offer comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was having fresh towels and good quality bathroom supplies. the restaurant provided good quality food at a reasonable price. the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and sights.

Housekeeping services were lacking. the only thing we received was a made bed, and dirty dishes were left in the room and the bin was not emptied.
