I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel near Theme Park. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location alongside Sea World was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the attractions.

I have no negative comments about this hotel. I would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the theme parks.

The hotel was great value for money and conveniently located next to Sea World. The staff were friendly and the rooms were modern and comfortable, especially for my medical condition. The breakfast was served quickly and was tasty, with a good variety of options available.

More variety in the cuisine could be added.

During our Easter stay, we loved the complimentary dolphin presentation and the facilities offered at the resort. the dolphin presentation was informative and engaging, providing a unique opportunity for the whole family to learn about these amazing creatures. the resort's facilities were also top-notch, especially the water park which was a hit with the kids. Additionally, the location of the resort was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful beaches.

There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy during our stay. the check-in process was quite slow and could have been better organized, resulting in us missing out on some activities.

this venue is highly recommended. Though the staff from the restaurant manager may have been declining in their approach towards the end of our stay, which we felt they might have forgotten the common manners let alone customer service. But from check-in to check-out, the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, service, and location.

The location, staff, breakfast buffet, and waterpark were amazing! The pool, water slides, and Japanese restaurant were fabulous. Excellent service when our son got injured. Pram rental availability was great.

Cosy room, great view, comfy bed. Beautiful gardens with lots of birds. Clean and well-maintained, medium-firm mattress. Swimming pool area and nightly events enjoyable. Friendly and polite staff, excellent customer service. Hair dryer and condiments provided. Games room and buffet food great.

The dolphin training session exclusive to guests was a highlight, and the discounted tickets to the nearby Theme Park were a great bonus. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we felt very safe with the vigilant lifeguards always around. The rooms were tidy and had a beautiful view of the city. we had a fantastic experience here and would recommend it to everyone.
