Mind-blowing location with amazing river view, spacious apartment with EXCELLENT facilities, friendly staff.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city with its close proximity to all the city attractions. It is definitely within walking distance of many of the highlights, including the Queen St Mall and the Botanical Gardens. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness in the rooms, including thick layers of dust under the beds.

Oaks on Margaret was the perfect spot for our short Brisbane stay. Secure parking for our 4WD, spacious room near Queen St Mall made shopping easy. Jacinta's help with my luggage was a nice touch. Ideal location, friendly staff, and proximity to restaurants & gardens made it a great choice. A minor kitchen layout issue was overshadowed by the positive experience.

The room was super comfy with a great view of the river. It felt cozy and had a nice vibe. the location was spot on for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant and easy.

The second bedroom felt a bit snug compared to the master, but that's just my preference.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect! It's situated in a quiet area, right across from the Botanical Gardens, and yet still in a convenient location in the city. The balcony in our room had an amazing view of the city and the Brisbane river. The hotel staff was so friendly and professional, always happy to help us out with whatever we needed. We appreciated the laundry facilities, including the washing machine and dryer, that were provided in our room. The room was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and bbq facilities where we could relax and enjoy the sun.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was convenient, close to attractions like Eagle St Pier and the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen with a gas stove was a bonus, and we enjoyed the light and airy rooms. This hotel was amazing for my city break! the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with lots of great attractions just a short walk away. I also loved that the hotel offered free filtered water in the kitchen sink and even had complimentary toiletries. a fantastic stay!

That the wifi wasn't free for unlimited use, only for a short time per day per device. the shower/bath combo was a little awkward to turn on, but once it was going, it felt great.
