we enjoyed staying at Oaks for four nights. the convenient bus stop out front made getting around easy. the restaurant was perfect after our tours. the pool, though closing earlier than expected, was nice. the short walk to the beach in just 10 minutes was lovely. the well-equipped room made our stay comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at this resort. The location was ideal, being close to everything that makes Broome Broome. It was just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. a great place to stay in Broome.

I did find the pillows to be a bit uncomfortable.

Enjoyable Pool Area and Great Location, But Falls Short on Service

However, the lack of consistent room service, dated rooms that need maintenance, and unhelpful staff with poor attitudes dampened the overall experience. Improvements in the level of service and room upkeep are necessary to enhance guests' satisfaction.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in a lovely outdoor decking garden area was absolutely stunning. The service housekeeping was top-notch and made sure my apartment was clean and comfortable every day. I also appreciated the shuttle service that was available, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance was helpful in planning my activities. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities added to the enhanced comfort. The sitting area and dining table provided a cozy space for relaxation, and the patio offered a great view of the surroundings. The free wi-fi in rooms was a bonus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well-equipped kitchen and laundry. Great shower with hot water. Good wifi. Convenient parking. Lovely swimming pool.

Amazing complementary breakfast! They also offered us free shuttle service to the surrounding areas, which was very useful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. The pool area was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

The bar and restaurant were closed for most of the day, which was quite inconvenient. The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, especially the bathroom.

The room was light and airy with a super comfy bed. Lovely pool area and surroundings. Majority of staff were friendly. Good price compared to others.

We had a great time at the resort, with ample amenities and a warm, inviting pool. The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed, although we didn't cook during our stay. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to Cable Beach and numerous restaurants nearby. The bus service was convenient for getting into town, and the brooba app made taxi rides a breeze. we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
