I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was a highlight, with underfloor heating and a bubble bath that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were extremely helpful, and I appreciated the personal touch of a Christmas gift and letter left in my room. The hotel's location was also a plus, with stunning views of the volcano and a lovely garden area where I could enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery.

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The motel is conveniently located between two national parks and is close to the mountain. It is also right next door to a supermarket, making it really convenient for our family with two small kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The modern and sophisticated two-bedroom apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a spacious lounge, and a bathroom with a luxurious spa bath. It was a refreshing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

There was a stain on the sheets upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting.

Had such a great time over the Easter break! loved the complementary chocolates that were left in the room for us - really made us feel welcome. the location was also perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. But the best part was definitely the comfortable bed - we slept like babies. Plus, the room had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend getaway.

Honestly, there really wasn't anything we didn't like. the only slightly negative thing was the size of the bathroom, but we managed just fine and it didn't detract from our experience at all.

Great shower and spa bath. Good for groups. Laundry facilities available until 10 pm. Spotlessly clean and well maintained.
