This hotel is conveniently located close to all the shops and reasonably close to the city centre. It is also away from the pub, ensuring a quiet stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with considerate and cheerful staff providing excellent service. Undercover parking is available and the staff are always friendly.

One negative aspect is the inefficient and limited Wi-Fi service, which requires payment and has a restrictive 24-hour cycle.

We spent Christmas at a hotel and had a comfortable stay. the facilities were clean and new - we particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the well-functioning air conditioning. the location was also convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

we found the additional charge for wifi to be quite high compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Finally, the hotel was located too close to a noisy pub, which made it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.
