Great location and a spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment. The lap pool and gym were a nice bonus. Even though there was a small issue with parking, the staff were helpful in finding a solution. I highly recommend Oaks.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the fantastic location in the city, with easy access and close parking. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a TV with YouTube and Netflix access. The water pressure was great, and there were additional facilities such as a gym and sauna, although we didn't have the chance to use them. The hotel was conveniently located near numerous restaurants and places to eat.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel and had nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay here during my visit to the city. The location was so central that I was able to get to everything I needed. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities in my room were top-notch, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, and the terrace provided a great place to relax. The heated swimming pool and sauna were a luxurious addition that I took full advantage of.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the center of town.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Oaks provided every comfort we needed and the location was unbeatable. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the city's attractions, and the price was a steal. the staff even went above and beyond by offering special parking facilities for our large car. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the incredibly comfortable bed. we were pleasantly surprised when our room key didn't work initially, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a room on the upper levels, giving us an amazing view of the city and river. the housekeeping service was excellent, and one particular staff member stood out with their exceptional kindness and service. the facilities on-site, including a great pool, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

For us, everything was ideal. 👌

Central location, easy access to attractions. Spacious rooms, well presented. Quick check-in/out process by friendly staff. Good internet connection. Spectacular views from high floors and comfortable bed.

We stayed in a modern apartment block with nice clean rooms. The location was great, close to Queen St mall and some good eateries. We were occasionally awakened by people using the BBQ area, but it wasn't too disruptive. We enjoyed the enclosed balcony, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils.

The internet connectivity was limited to a small amount.

The location down the street to the festival towers, close to city facilities, and to the Botanical Gardens was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a great way to start our day! We enjoyed the variety and the complimentary coffee and juice. the location couldn't have been better, as we were in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the balcony was also a great feature, as it offered a nice view of the city while we enjoyed our morning coffee.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked. We had to call housekeeping to come in and give it a bit of extra attention.

I stayed at Oaks on Charlotte for a night and the room was huge! It's perfect if you're planning a longer stay. The location is great, with plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance. Plus, it's close to the botanic park and other attractions. The staff, especially a friendly Thai lady, made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
