We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect - surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and a number of wineries nearby. The service was top-notch with room service, bicycle hire, and housekeeping always being attentive and helpful. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and more, including a balcony with garden furniture and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were great and we enjoyed the continental breakfast and bar/lounge area. There were also great leisure facilities like a swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway and we will definitely be back.

Although the staff were disinterested at times and need brushing up on their customer service, our request for our villas to be nearby was granted by the manager later on. we still highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for its great amenities, stunning location, and attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks! The beds were super comfy and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, surprising us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The villas were spacious, and we even got to see kangaroos on the golf course! Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the pools were refreshing. The location was perfect for exploring the vineyards. We will definitely be back!

The location of the resort was perfect for exploring the area. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. Although the balcony door couldn't lock, the staff was quick to help me with a solution. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

The breakfast was free which was a nice touch. the location was great, right in the middle of wine country. the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a nice feature to cool off on hot days.

the location was stunning, nestled on a beautiful hillside with fantastic views. the resort had a nice atmosphere and a spacious villa. Despite the issues, the villa was clean and modern.

So very tired. From squeaky doors to broken lights, this place was in serious need of some love.
