Modern hotel with a great bar and nice gym. The concierge was very helpful and provided excellent dinner recommendations that exceeded our expectations. The rooftop deck had a stunning view of the city. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center and tram station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a working air conditioning. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location requires 20-30 min walk to attractions but is quiet for a peaceful night. Excellent cleaning, comfortable double bed, and secure garage parking. Modern, American-style hotel with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Delicious, generous breakfast available. Helpful reception offers secure bag storage.

It was just a short walk away from all the favorite spots, but far enough to avoid the chaos of the tourist crowds. The hotel was also close to hidden gem ristorantes, providing a great dining experience. The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a nice terrace at the top where I could enjoy a drink and admire the view. The hotel offered a great location, just outside the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby. the staff were helpful, and we had a comfortable suite with a private terrace that provided a stunning view of the city skyline. the breakfast buffet was worth the price, and the highlight of our stay was the bar, where the bartenders were skilled mixologists and provided excellent service.

We found the water features at the sink to be too modern and non-functional, and the setup was a bit strange. Additionally, there were some issues with the customer service energy, as the staff did not go above and beyond to impress us.

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel in Florence for a weekend getaway. The breakfast and bar area, located at the entrance of the hotel, were fantastic. The modern facilities were a refreshing change from other properties in the area. The staff, particularly Massimo, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The spacious room and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows added to our comfort. Despite the ongoing construction in the city, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat. We even had a table set up in the lobby so we could enjoy breakfast with our pet dog. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Florence.
