We were literally 2 minutes away from the Crown Entertainment complex, which was lit! the Rialto Towers were super close, making it so easy to hit up the nearby cafes and shops. Plus, our room had a kitchen and comfy beds, perfect for us and our late-night snack runs. The only thing I’d change? It would be awesome if they had a rooftop party area or lounge where we could chill and vibe out with friends after our epic adventures!

the hotel's accessibility made it easy for seniors like me to navigate, with well-maintained areas and elegant touches that truly made my experience comfortable.

I would appreciate more attentive help from the children working there.

the room was clean and bigger than i thought. the location was great - super close to the front house staff. the gym was spotless too. i loved that there were two desks - so i could work without waking my daughter. the price was really good for the quality.

we had a pleasant stay at oaks, thanks to its great location. being close to southern cross station made our travel easy, and we enjoyed exploring the area on foot. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. our room was comfortable, with nice touches like good-sized towels and a decent table for dining.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

the location was excellent, placing me right in the heart of the city. the staff were exceptionally helpful and the pricing was quite reasonable. the TV could have been better, as it was small and not a smart TV, which was a slight letdown.

The spacious room with a comfy bed was my favorite. I'd DEFINITELY return despite the disappointing breakfast!
