The facilities at this hotel are fantastic. The gym and indoor tennis courts are top-notch, perfect for staying active. The spa treatments were exceptional, and the staff, especially Jessica at the front desk, were friendly and went above and beyond. Across the street from a huge outlet mall, great for shopping and dining options. Only a short drive to Niagara Falls.

Felt very fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem of a hotel. There's absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and attractions. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. Plus, the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

The bathroom could use some updating, as it felt a bit old and lacked any wow factor. the shower was not the best, with just a shower head and no other attachments for rinsing.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel with great value for money. The room was clean, well-presented, and had nice complimentary refreshments and toiletries. The location was ideal for exploring attractions and shopping at the nearby Designer Outlet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent assistance whenever needed.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of options.

The beds were incredibly comfortable - although a bit small, they felt like a cozy nest. the pool area was clean and warm, perfect for a relaxing swim. the staff, especially Robert, were friendly and accommodating. We were able to get adjoining rooms, which was a huge plus. And let's not forget about the beautiful bathroom and shower - it was like our own private spa retreat.

It would have been nice to have a convenience store on site for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, we had a noisy incident with the room next door, and the hotel's response was not satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the Old Town where theaters and shops are located. We also loved the convenience of having a casual restaurant on site, which made it convenient for our family with kids. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to four wineries allowed us to enjoy a wine tour without much hassle. Lastly, getting to the hotel from Toronto airport was a breeze.

The service at the on-site restaurants was subpar, with slow service and inaccurately prepared food.

the weekend getaway at niagara-on-the-lake exceeded expectations. the luxurious hotel room and exceptional service made us feel like we were on a holiday. the thoughtful treats and note from the reservation specialist made it even more memorable.

Need more pillows.

I recently stayed at White Oaks in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a weekend getaway. The hotel's special bus service to and from the event we were attending was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were perfect in every way. I loved the fresh flowers throughout the hotel, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The spacious and well-equipped rooms made for a quiet and comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurants were also top-notch, offering great dining options. The facilities, including the gym and sports courts, were impressive and well-maintained. White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa provided an excellent location, friendly staff, and a clean and comfortable environment for a great stay.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at a resort and spa near Niagara Falls. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and even brought extra pillows and clean bathrobes upon request. the location was beautiful, and we enjoyed a wine tour to some nearby wineries.

Some aspects of the resort were a bit dated and the sauna wasn't very hot. the layout of the spa and pool areas was also odd, and there wasn't staff present to assist with facilities.

I had such a lovely stay at this resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Outlet Collection Niagara and the highway. The turndown service with chocolates was a nice touch, and the heart-shaped spa tub made for a relaxing and romantic getaway. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
