Convenient location near shopping centers, Greek Precinct, and China town. Welcoming staff who efficiently resolved issues. Balcony with beautiful views and a standalone bath. Helpful reception staff allowed us to store luggage before and after check-in. Excellent room with a great view, clean, comfortable, and with a washing machine. Ideal location for shows at the nearby Princess Theatre. Would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean two room apartment exceeded my expectations. The full sized kitchen and kitchenette were convenient, and the living area with a spacious balcony was comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, as it was just a 3-minute walk to Carlton Gardens, the Royal Exhibition Centre, and the Museum. Additionally, the hotel was situated near Melbourne's Chinatown, the Greek restaurant sector, and some excellent Italian restaurants. It was the perfect choice for a family stay in this city.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Conveniently located to a mini supermarket, theatre, Parliament station and all that the city offers. The spacious and clean rooms have comfy beds, great water pressure, and generous amenities. Friendly staff are helpful with 24-hour reception. Neg: Limited facilities without a pool or gym.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with a great balcony and comfortable beds. The room had everything we needed and the staff provided excellent service. The location of this place was perfect, within walking distance of the theatre and close to tram and bus stops. We also appreciated the amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. we had a lovely stay.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The chocolates and bottled water in the room were a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated. the hotel was conveniently located near several attractions and public transportation options. the room had good natural light.

The room was outdated and in need of a renovation, with old, worn furnishings. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
