I recently stayed at Best Western in Kelowna with my husband and daughter. We were pleasantly surprised that there were no extra charges for adding an extra person to our reservation. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff at breakfast were delightful. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. This was my second stay at Best Western and I plan on returning again.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient and central to everything I wanted to do. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was delicious. Plus, there was a nice running trail behind the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything you could need in beautiful Kelowna. With shops and restaurants nearby, you won't have to go far for anything you need. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The service from the front desk staff is excellent, always going above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast is great, with gluten-sensitive options available. Plus, the customer service is top-notch, providing transportation when needed.

The noise can be a bit bothersome as the hotel is located in a noisy area right by the main road.

The lobby ambiance is classy. Upgraded from standard room to suite for free. Elaborate breakfast with gluten and dairy free options included. Decent sized pool with consistent depth. Staff is helpful and kind, even exchanged dollars for coins. Manager gave daughter helpful advice for college visit. Wonderful swimming pool and comfortable room. Clean and reasonably priced.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location just off the highway made it easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the courtyard area. The parking was ample, and I never had trouble finding a spot. The staff, especially the breakfast crew, were friendly and served a delicious breakfast buffet with a superb selection for everyone.

The staff at Best Western went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating when I requested a late check-out due to my child being sick. The deluxe rooms were spacious and perfect for a family. The included breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

the spacious room and exceptional breakfast at this hotel really made our golf trip in kelowna unforgettable. the patio and indoor pool with outdoor hot tub were fantastic amenities. definitely the best hotel we've stayed at!

The layout of the hotel, pool, garden, and breakfast facilities is well thought out. It's great to have a picnic/grass area next to the pool. The full breakfast each morning is impressive, with a variety of delicious options. The food from the pub is also awesome!

The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me with my special requests, including providing assistance with my canoe. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and I especially loved the comfortable bed and the amenities like the mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service overall was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the reception desk to the delicious breakfast served in the dining area. Everything was just perfect.
